I have been advised that this IRA strategy is a red flag to the IRS… I would like your perspective on this, and confirmation that this is legal and not going to cause any issues if I were to go this direction. But still, it\u2019s no wonder Lee\u2019s financial advisor would think it was a little fishy. It sounds too good to be true, right?<\/p>\n

It turns out this IRA strategy has always been 100% legal. It\u2019s part of the tax code. It\u2019s not some loophole that is going to get you in trouble.<\/p>\n

In fact, the IRS sued someone back about 20 years ago for using this method and…<\/p>\n

What\u2019s bogus is using \u201cfear of an audit\u201d as an excuse for NOT using a legal tax structure like this.<\/p>\n

As a savvy investor, you want to milk the IRS code for every last drop of tax advantage you can squeeze out of it.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s what the ultra-wealthy do.<\/p>\n

Sure, you need to seek out correct information and qualified advice to use an IRA this way.<\/p>\n

But once you are empowered with the knowledge, then USE that to your advantage.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the bottom line: not many financial advisors know how to \u201cfree\u201d your IRA so you can use the money\u00a0right now<\/em>\u00a0to make all the different kinds of investments listed earlier.<\/p>\n

Investments that have huge, safe returns.<\/p>\n

If you call your current brokerage or financial firm and ask about it, you will likely get the same advice Lee did \u2013 that it\u2019s too risky, or worse yet \u2013 that it\u2019s illegal.<\/p>\n

So if your current financial advisor\u2019s can\u2019t \u2026 or won\u2019t help you, you need to find someone else who understands the issues.<\/p>\n
