 ***1. Cash flow<\/strong> \u2013 Peer Street, FundRise, and Realty Mogul. I\u2019m still personally stuffing cash in these income-yielding vehicles. These continue to be exactly the type of investments we want to own: investments that send us checks (or an ACH deposit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

***2. Physical precious metals<\/strong> \u2013 Since the election of President Trump, we\u2019ve been suggesting our readers buy palladium, along with gold, silver, and platinum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are up between 51% and 172%, so let\u2019s lock this trade in. I\u2019m personally going to use the proceeds to buy physical gold for safety and gold mining shares (speculative) for a much larger potential gain. 

***3. LOOPShare Ltd.<\/strong> \u2013 This is our newest speculation in an enormous trend. The market cap is around USD$5 million, which is unbelievably cheap for an electric scooter company. Especially one with a major influencer like Ray J as their new partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They have a global plan, and in my opinion, they\u2019re the best value I\u2019ve ever seen.

Other companies are being valued from around $50 million to over $2 billion!
 
***4. GOLD<\/strong> \u2013 Gold is ripping higher in 2019, and we expect this to continue. The metal is only up a few percentage points for the year, however, it\u2019s breaking out higher and surpassing some key levels. The gold stocks are super cheap, and in my opinion, we stick with leverage to gold\u2019s rise, which is working beautifully for us.
